Ergül Teknik Dry Aged Beef fridges are specially designed and manufactured for the formation, storage and display of Dry Aged Beef products. Meat specially prepared for Dry Aged Beef is kept for 28 days, so that its surrounding parts become crusty and lose its water. Thus, soft meat which is free of fibers and nerves, and contains nutrients and flavor is obtained. Dry Aged Beef products obtained at the end of this process are stored and presented to the customer. Our Ergül Teknik Dry Aged Beef fridges have been specially designed to provide the necessary heat, humidity, airflow and light conditions to obtain the best Dry Aged Beef products.
